Standard Operating Period:

Standard preparation days are Monday to Friday. Domestic and international deliveries by ELTA are Monday to Friday, and BOX NOW deliveries are Monday to Sunday.

During regular periods, domestic orders will be shipped within 2-6 business days with ELTA and within 2-5 business days with BOX NOW, and international orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks with ELTA. 

During peak periods and holidays, we ask that you wait a few additional days for your orders. In the event of any delays we will do our best to keep you informed.

USA shipping: For orders that get returned or refunded ,shipping costs (16€ including tariffs & delivery) will not be included in the refunded amount. For more information please view our Refund Policy.

• Orders in Greece are shipped via ELTA and BOX NOW
  Free Greece Shipping is offered on orders 70€ or above
• International orders are shipped via ELTA only
  Free International (except USA) Shipping is offered on orders 100€ or above
  Free USA Shipping is offered on orders 200€ or above
